During my time spent in the health and fitness space, I was incredibly fortunate to continually find myself surrounded by the right people at the right times. I was able to work with business owners, fitness coaches, and yoga instructors who wonderfully embodied the passion for helping others in their journey to become a better version of themselves. We realized that we weren’t just dealing with physical bodies to be molded into a fitter athlete or yogi, but rather an entire human being, with emotions, goals, fears and individual personalities that needed to be ‘met where they’re at.’ It was here where I realized that my passion lay not in the tools or methodologies I was teaching, but rather in exploring those deeper intricacies of the human condition with my students and trainees.

This is the same attitude and ideology that I bring to NoMind Coaching. Whether we’re engaging in one to one Personal Coaching, Group Coaching, or even a yoga or meditation session, each person brings their own unique set of goals, skills, beliefs, and values to the table — to be explored and built upon in order to further develop themselves, and build their life by their own design!

I first found yoga as an eighteen year old in search of direction and moments of (mental) stillness. Immediately, I fell in love and immersed myself in the physical practice of yoga. Through this practice, I found confidence, direction and pushed myself beyond my own limits.

After several years of continuous, dedicated practice, I finally decided I was ready to deepen my knowledge of yoga. In 2017, I completed a 200 Hour Teacher Training focusing on Power Yoga, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. In my quest to better understand the practice, I dove into another 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training in 2018, this time diving a little deeper into meditation, the energetic body, and creative sequencing.

My teaching style is one that blends dynamic movements for warming up the body and getting the blood flowing, offering the opportunity to get out of your head. Followed by longer holds and subtle movement aimed at releasing tightness (physical and/or beyond).
